I would think a very back to basics 442, everyone understands their role, make it simple...

I trust in whatever team he puts out. I honestly think this set of players respond to better man managers with that little something about them.

Re energised they will gain confidence to get that first goal then the rest will be history. Onwards and upwards we go again and again, we will be saved.

Given that Bowyer hasn't had much time with the team, I think he'll keep things simple - 442.

I go 100% with Rob on this and in BOW I trust Kro but he needs time even if it means division one
