It appears that Charlton backroom is to remain at the valley with Adkins so that leaves us wondering who will come in to fill the gaps?

I think that we may leave as is until the end of the season and maybe they will bring others in at that point.

I do like Chris' idea of Johnson/Zigic/Carr etc to come in mind. All these pipe dreams. If only!

For me I would love Carr, Ferguson and a good GK coach to come in.

To be fair, it was just a jokey tweet rather than an idea! I don't think Carr has been involved in football since leaving the game. Zigic and Ferguson have so they could be options. Johnson has his coaching licence and did some work with Bromley u23's I think. Kevin Phillips is another one...

I wouldn't mind Kevin Phillips as striker coach and I would love Ferguson back in the fold. GK coach will be interesting also. Whoever they are, good luck to them!

I think Tony Roberts will stick around as goalkeeper coach.
