I have more faith in him turning it around than previous managers. Maybe I'm misguided though.

I agree with pash but we need to change the formation 5-3-2 just ain't working with these players, I would go 4-5-1 with Chong advanced he is weak in defence and 2 wingers, give Graham a chance and Sanchez won't be far away or put Chong on the wing and bring GG back.

Mind you Ronaldo, Messi et al would probably struggle to score for us. So I'm probably being unfair.
