Fair play to blues for getting these 2 done fairly quick... The more we have in time for pre season the better.

Agreed. Both in before preseason testing has even begun, very good work.

I hope the new signings improve the team but please let’s manage our expectations.

Woods definitely was a top Championship player 2/3 seasons back but after a couple of lame years and at 27 it may be a tad unreasonable to expect him to to get back to his Brentford days when he had with better players around him.
Plus he’s from Norton Canes, not sure that oozes class?

The other lad is a 26 year old who has had a good season at Gillingham in League One after struggling to establish himself at bigger clubs when he was younger, Good luck mate, but Im slightly concerned at where we’ve found ourselves when supporters give a thumbs up to a freebie they’ve probably never cast eyes on.

And Craig Gardner is appointed as Technical Director?
Wow, there’s 2 words I’d never have associated with Craig.

I do wonder if Johnnie Jackson will be approached now although he did commit himself to Charlton.
Maybe Kevin Phillips as no 2 ,he’s available.
Must admit though I am pleased Gards has got that role someone who knows the game and the club unlike previously.
Well here’s hoping we end the week on a hatrick of signings with Sanderson or windass lol
