Gardner as he’s here already.

In all seriousness though, They’re very different types of players and not really comparable.

I see your point in them been different players but i would say you could compare them in the sense of what we need them for - a versatile back up for now.

Ideally, I wouldnt be starting either of them but i do think Harper could become a decent box to box with a decent to good range of passing and fairly decent ball retention too.

Bit light in that area currently. i would sign Harper so we have him and gards for cover and one to hopefully start next to sunjic that can be the main link from defence to attack

Sunjic will pick up a few suspensions ect through the season

I don't think you can count on Stirk for many games though

Agreed i think we need to break him in as easy as possible

I would like to see someone new next to Sunjic then gards on bench.. If anyone of those are injured suspended then gards in and Stirk on bench

Something like that anyway

I actually think it depends on what systems we’re going to play. I suppose, they could both play if he was playing Harper deeper in a narrow diamond. I’m just not sure he is interested in Harper.

Well, he did not play him much so I think you are probably right, so back to new players then.
